SERVINGS: 6 – 7 | PREP: 5 min – 2 hours

2 lbs chopped conch (fresh is best, but frozen works too!)
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp ginger (peeled + grated)
2 Scotch Bonnet peppers (diced or minced)
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup chopped parsley leaves
1 large red onion, diced
2 tomatoes, diced
2 limes + lemons, juiced
Salt + pepper to taste

1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl/container.
2. Mix well + let marinate for as long as you like
3. Enjoy!

*Use whatever seafood best tickles your tastebuds. We recommend conch, saltfish, or shrimp. If using dried, boneless sailfish, remember to boil it first.*
